Jersey D's Tavern and Grill at 5945 W Ray Road #13 in Chandler is where I ended up last Sunday for Football, unsure how it escaped my radar until now but I'm glad it finally popped up.Here's the score sheet:Sauce / Rub AVG: 8.44Cajun Dry Rub: Cayenne, Oregano, SPG, Paprika, the usual base of a good Cajun flavor. 8Mango Habañero: You already know what this is, but more heat than sweet. 8.5Carolina Tangy: Mustard, AC Vinegar, molasses, peppery, creamy, loved it. 8.75Medium: Great medium sauce, perfectly balanced, buttery, twangy. 8.5Consistency: Tender protein, fried to a crispy golden! 8.25Meat Flavor: Didn't notice any love, but super fresh and tasted good. 7.5Presentation: Real plate, stacked, veg & sauce on side. 6.5Accoutrement: Standard veg with dressing choice. 5Heat: CDR – 1.5, MH – 2, CT – 0, M – 1.5Syndicate Score: 30.69 / 40 (excludes heat / accoutrement)Recommendation: I'd go back for the wings and service (the 2 servers on shift killed it!) but personally the layout and TV quality killed it for Football, left at halftime.#WingSyndicate #WingOG #HotWings #ChickenWings
